Kyuji Fujikawa signs a deal with the Chicago Cubs.
Fujikawa is from Japan.  He can throw 97-98 mph so the Cubs scored when Fujikawa came to town.  Look for batters to be doing a lot of swinging and missing in late innings against the Cubs.
