Out west, GM says Jim Tracy isn’t enough for 2013.

IN DENVER-Managerial changes when a team has a OK or bad year, and the Colorado Rockies fit right smack in the middle in that race. The Rockies kinda needed a managerial change, and their GM made a deal with Walt Weiss, a former Colorado player from 1979-1988 and Rockies assistant coach from 2004-2008. Weiss replaced legendary manager Jim Tracy.
