Magic, Magic, Magic!

As the season rounds third base and heads home, the rivalry of the Braves and the Nationals has gotten fiercer and fiercer. Last night, Edwin Jackson was terrible, pitching 1.1 innings and gave up 5 runs. The Nationals lost. But in happier news, Jon Niese of the Mets shut down the Braves. It was a sight to see. You know that if we beat Kyle Lohse and the big bird champions of 2011 and the Braves fall to Johan Santana, WE END THE PHILLIES’ 6 YEAR DIVISION STREAK AND HEAD TO THE POSTSEASON! (The Phillies’ loss last night to the Marlins eliminates them from the Wild Card for the first time in 6 years).

THE NATIONALS CAN CLINCH THE NL EAST TONIGHT AT 7:15 PM ET.
