DC playoff baseball returned on Wednesday since 1933 with a Nats-Cards game. Chris Carpenter pitched perfectly for the Big Hittin’ Birds, and Pete Kozma hit a three run homer to help open the door wide open for St. Louis. But the only 2 positive things about the game is that: First, hey, this was the Nats’ first playoff game since 1981 when they lost to the Dodgers in the NLCS. You know, they were the Expos back then. Second of all, the Presidents race presented by Geico was absolutely hilarious. Teddy came out the regular way, and then out of nowhere, Abe, George, and Tom ran out from the bullpen with a boom box, and South Korean rapper/singer PSY’s “Gangnam Style” and they did the dance. They restarted it, and when “Oppan Gangnam Style” came out, Teddy sprinted for the finish line, and he won. Nice way to cheer up the fans.
