Players on the Nationals have gotten a Gatorade shower a number of times, but none of them have gotten to spray champagne and beer on another player’s head. That is the playoff clinching celebration. The funny thing is, the Phillies defeated the Nationals, 2-0. During the broadcast on MASN and NatsHD the Atlanta vs. Pittsburgh scores were updated.  If the Braves lost, the Nats would take home the National League East division crown . So we’re in the playoffs! My parents even woke me up at 10 pm to tell me we won the division. And my family is going to the 1st playoff home game, predicted to be on October 10th.
